AI Teammate sells intangible digital service units (credits). Due to the nature of digital goods that are consumed upon use, our refund eligibility is limited. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

✅ Refunds are available when ALL of the following conditions are met:

The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
The purchased credits are still unused (remaining in your balance).

Non-Refundable Items

❌ The following are not eligible for refund:

Credits that have already been used (consumed by chat, skills, or API calls)
Free credits (signup bonus, daily reset credits)
Bonus credits included with a package
Purchases made more than 7 days ago
Accounts that have violated the Terms of Service

Partial Refunds

If you have used a portion of your purchased credits, only the value of the remaining unused credits may be eligible for a refund, subject to the conditions above. Bonus credits are excluded from the refund calculation.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at support@mobiolabs.net within 7 days of your purchase.
Include your registered email address, purchase date, and order ID (available in your transaction history).
We will review your request within 3 business days and respond via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Technical Issues

If credits were not properly credited to your account due to a technical error on our end, please contact support with your payment confirmation. We will investigate and correct the issue promptly. This is separate from the standard refund policy.
