- AI service providers (e.g., AWS, OpenAI) for processing conversations — only conversation content is shared, not personal identifiers
- LLM observability tools (Langfuse) for AI service quality improvement — only usage statistics (model name, token counts, response latency) are collected; no conversation content is stored or transmitted. User identifiers are cryptographically hashed before transmission.
Google API Services
AI Teammate allows users to optionally connect their Google account to enable AI agents to interact with Google services on their behalf. The following Google APIs may be accessed:
- Google Calendar API: Read, create, and delete calendar events to help manage schedules through AI agents
- Gmail API: Read and send emails on behalf of the user through AI agents
- Google Drive API: Search and read files to provide context to AI agents
Google API Disclosure
- • Access is granted only when you explicitly connect your Google account via OAuth consent
- • You can disconnect at any time from the Dashboard > Providers tab
- • We only access the specific scopes you authorize — no additional data is collected
- • Google account data is not used for advertising or shared with third parties
- • OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and are never exposed to other users or AI models
AI Teammate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
