By accessing or using AI Teammate ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
AI Teammate is an intangible digital service that allows users to create, configure, and deploy AI agents across multiple platforms. The Service is provided entirely online. No physical products are sold or delivered.
- AI Agent creation and configuration
- Multi-channel integration (Telegram, Discord, Slack, etc.)
- API key management and BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
- Conversation history and analytics
- Skills marketplace and extensions
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not collect or misuse other users' information.
- You are solely responsible for all content generated by your AI agents.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Service.
4. AI Output Disclaimer
⚠️ Important: AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not rely solely on AI outputs for important decisions. Users are solely responsible for AI-generated content and any decisions made based on that content.
- AI Teammate does not provide professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, medical, or business advice.
- Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI outputs before acting on them.
- The Company is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or reliance on AI-generated content.
5. Credits and Payment
- Credits are intangible digital usage units with no monetary value outside the platform.
- Purchased credits are granted instantly upon payment completion.
- Free daily credits and signup bonus are provided at no charge. Amounts are subject to change.
- Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy. Refunds are only available for unused credits within 7 days of purchase.
- Free and bonus credits are non-refundable.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not responsible for the behavior or outputs of user-created agents.
- The Company's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
7. Service Restrictions
Your access to the Service may be suspended or terminated if you:
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Intentionally disrupt Service operations
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Generate or distribute spam or malicious content
- Violate these Terms of Service
8. Privacy
- The Company protects user personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Collected data is used solely for providing and improving the Service.
9. Dispute Resolution
- The Company and users will first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms take effect on February 14, 2026.
