What are Credits?
Credits are the intangible digital service usage units for AI Teammate. Each AI interaction, skill execution, or API call consumes a certain number of credits. Credits have no monetary value outside the platform and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once used.
Credits are granted instantly upon payment completion. Purchased credits are added to your balance immediately after a successful transaction. All packages are one-time purchases (not subscriptions).

⚠️ Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Once consumed, credits cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for eligibility on unused credits.
